One of your drivers, Wesley, in Savannah, GA, slammed down my $1,600 PC on my porch on 12/20. When confronted over his mishandling of my package, he froze at first and then denied it. So I showed him the video of him doing it and he automatically went into excuses mode. He gave the excuse “it’s too heavy” and proceeded to cuss me under his breath as he walked away. I picked up the 15lb box and went back inside of my house. Minutes later; he returns asking for a signature and telling me again the box is too heavy for him. An argument ensued and when I tried to close my door to end it (because my 8 yer old child was sitting just inside), he put his foot in my door to try to stop me from closing it. I have filed a report with FedEx and I will be filing a report at the police station today.
They absolutely do not do their job. Period.
