Metacomet Trail Access

I really like this trail. It’s a nice view from the top. There has just been an issue with a person that walks on the trial with a really fluffy husky looking dog that is always giving my son and me a hard time. He always has his dog off the leach even when there are other dogs around and I asked him to please take his dog. I was climbing off the trail with my son, my dog and myself where at the top of the hill off the trail his dog came running at us and he was no where to he found. I yelled for him to please call his dog and he never did. I finally got to the top and see him yelling that there is no leach law. Well he should go back online and check that out because there is.
