Meshuggah Bagels

The senseless incident at Sydney’s Bondi Beach last Sunday broke my heart. Why do mass shootings keep happening around the world? It’s hard to process. It made me want to show support for the Jewish community, even though I’m not in a position to donate right now. As a foodie, this is one small way I can support locally. The space is small (maybe 10 seats), but cozy, with grandma's country house feel. The staff were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. I picked up sesame, poppy seed, whole wheat, onion, garlic, and cinnamon raisin bagels—flavorful, fresh, and reasonably priced. Six bagels for under $15. Highly recommended.

This is how much shmear they thought was okay. If I’m paying $8 for a darn bagel, it should have more than this sorry amount of cream cheese. I love the meshuggah by my house. They lay it at least a quarter inch thick and fully on the bagel. This is just wrong. I won’t come back to this one

I went today to order 6 dozen bagels. They explained to me they couldn't sell me 6 dozen bagels for tomorrow due to inclement weather and that most they could sell me was 3 dozen bagels. I tried getting 3 dozen bagels but they told me to come at 1:45pm. I showed up at 1:50pm and find that they're sold out. Now, I wanted to get my 3 dozen bagels that I was allowed and they didn't sell me because I was supposed to stop by later and now they're sold out. Find a better customer service if you want to make more business! First time and never coming back to this store.

When we are in the Kansas City area, we always make it a priority to stop here for some bagels. They have all been great options from Cinnamon Sugar on a plain bagel, Cream Cheese on Everything Bagel, to Dirty Martini on a Salt Bagel and the best one yet, Jalepeno Spread on Garlic Bagel. The service and food is fantastic. We haven't stayed to eat our bagels there, but there's plenty of room to stay and eat. If you haven't been here yet, make it a priority to stop by.

Nice little bagel spot. I don't know why you would go anywhere else for bagels.
