Food portion, seasoning and accesible prices will give this place a 5 star. They have some traditional food from Guatemala. I got Subanik and it tasted very similar to Chimaltenango. Their horchata is homemade so I also liked it. Hate the artificial flavor from other places so my visit was great being a New Yorker. Maybe service can improve. Don't think the person was friendly. Failed to follow up on all tables. Had to actually get up to make a request because the person failed to check.

Great food! A huge improvement over the Olivio restaurant it replaced. Very clean, fully upgraded, modern, friendly decor, lunch specials are only $7 (pictured). I recommend this place for it's good tamales, pupusas, and bakery. Authentic and very clean in a modern setting.

Very rude, pupusas lack flavor. They all lack customer service skills. With so many restaurants near by I will definitely not try it again.

Had a rough time here before with the food, but decided to give it another shot. Ordered three servings of carne asada, which were listed as $10 each on the menu, so I figured the bill would be around $30-35. When the food arrived, it wasn't terrible for what seemed like a $10 dish but it did not taste good at all. But then the bill came, totaling around $50—a real rip-off! Especially since the food was so bad: cold rice, canned beans, and a stinky salad. $50 for three dishes that should've been $30? No way. Don't bother coming here; I won't be back! Service was also terrible; asked for ketchup and got a tiny cup. Plus, overheard others complaining about expired-smelling food. Save your money and grab some $12 Chinese instead!

Last night my husband surprised with take out from this wonderful place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meal was flavorful. The portions were a nice size and the prices are fair. Highly recommend.
