Customer Reviews
If you’re serious about ramen (and a little picky like me), Menya Musashi Ramen absolutely delivers. I’ve been to both the Federal Way and Capitol Hill locations, and they’re consistently excellent. The broth is the star here! It’s hearty, rich, and full-bodied without being overwhelming. My go-tos are the Red Ramen and the Spicy Curry Ramen. Both pack bold flavor and warmth that hits just right. The noodles are cooked perfectly every time, springy with just the right bite. They also do a solid vegan ramen, which my friend loved (always a good sign). Their chicken karaage might be one of the best around: super juicy on the inside with that crisp, golden crunch! I’ve also had their curry bento box, which is just as satisfying and comforting as the ramen. Everyone I’ve brought here has end
A pleasant surprise offering some great Japanese food. I had the black garlic ramen along with a side of chicken Karaage. The ramen was really good and that broth had excellent broth. I do wish the portion of pork belly was larger. The chicken was very good. The service was friendly and attentive.
Super excited to find a place that has so many tsukemen options to choose from! The broth was rich and flavorful. The pork chashu was a really good consistency, very flavorful, and tender. The service was quick and efficient. Right of the freeway exit. I’d love to come again and try more of their options!
So good! I had the spicey miso ramen and it was a bit spicier than I thought it was going to be but still really good and I’d get it again! My husband had the curry ramen and I’d get that again as well! Overall highly recommend this place! Very friendly service too!
Waited over 30 minutes for a table when there was lots of empty tables. They appeared to be very understaffed. Luckily the food was worth the wait, the hybrid ramen was amazing.
