This restaurant has such an amazing vibe and feel. If you want to go to a restaurant and feel like they actually care about you check this spot out. I happened to come in when they were having a special Japanese Whiskey tasting event which was fantastic, I learned a lot about the products and could tell both the rep for the whiskey and the owner of the restaurant were quite passionate about the products. I have been wanting to go here for a while and glad I finally stopped by. I can’t wait to go back more often now and I can’t wait for some more tasting events! If you plan on stopping by try the carrot cake! It will blow your mind

Coming from a half-Japanese person who's been to Japan many times, this is really good! Tasted authentic and was very yummy. All the toppings were perfectly cooked and tasted wonderful, the meat was especially tender and fatty, and the egg was perfectly jammy and golden orange in the middle with great flavor. Noodles were a bit firm, but I actually like it that way and they had perfect texture and taste too. The only thing is that the shoyu broth was a bit lacking and could use more depth in my opinion, but still plenty satisfying. Not too oily/greasy too. I found the portions and $16 price to be fair too. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who wants to try good Japanese ramen! I also got $8 hot sake which was so perfectly smooth and hot during my meal. Perfect for a cold

The food was NOT worth what i paid. The noodles tasted from scratch and that’s the only part i liked about everything i ate. No way did i pay that much for some mediocre food. We got the truffle dumplings and two different kinds of ramen. The broth did not have good flavor. Tons of umami but like not the good kind. Pretty bland. Same thjng w the dumplings. I would’ve never known they were supposed to be truffle if you didn’t tell me. I was so excited but so disappointed

I stopped by to try their ramen and ended up liking the Tebasaki wings appetizer more. The Tebasaki chicken wings were fried just right and had a tasty sweet and savory crunchy coating. The ramen was good too. The chintan shio broth was clean and light with a Hong Kong-influenced flavor. The marinated egg is a nice bonus. Based on the quality of what I had here, I’ll definitely check out their dim sum menu next time.
