I wish the communication was better

My experience at MENDOCINO TAX was very pleasant! I love what they have done in their office. It's very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Alma, Elfego, and Yuliana are very knowledgeable. I wouldn't TRUST anyone else to do my TAXES! THANK YOU AGAIN!! :)

If you’re looking for a tax preparer I highly recommend Yuliana. She is the best tax preparer I have ever worked with. Iv sent my friends and family with her and we have all had the same great experience. We will definitely be going back every year!

Terrible experience, this is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. They obviously screen their phone calls so that they don’t have to deal with their employees mistakes and don’t want to take accountability. I’ve reported this business to the Better Business Bureau because of their unprofessional attitude. I don’t even rate them a 1. But they don’t give an option of 0.
