The bar and toppings area are spotless, and the tables are well-maintained. The staff is exceptional, and Jennie stands out as a warm and welcoming presence. She's incredibly helpful, reminding us about our rewards and informing us of upcoming bonus points. In February, she provided us with great insights on what’s coming next! Jennie’s friendly demeanor and constant smiles make our visits even more enjoyable. The machines are always in working order, and there's always ample seating for us to relax and enjoy our treats. First time we've been to a Menchie's. It was good. We're pretty simple, so we didn't get a whole lot of toppings. We got the coated marshmallow with Chocolate, half topped with chopped almonds, the other half with chopped heath bar. Very good and friendly staff.

We love Menchies. I have not had it in several years. I was happy to see one, and I HAD to stop in, of course. Friendly staff, they still do samples and military discounts!!!

Nice clean menchies, all machines working, lots of topping choices to chose from. My furry friend helped me get the bowl 100 percent clean. Nice outside seating available.
