Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Smelled like poop when you walk in? The worker was really rude as well and was on her phone listening to something while we were trying to ask if she was ready for us to pay. She then just stared at us and didn't answer and we had to ask again. The froyo itself was great, probably won't ever come to this establishment again however. I have been to the other Menchie's nearby and it was phenomenal. I recommend everyone go to that one instead.

On August 29, 2025, around 2:40 PM, I visited this Menchie’s with my 4-year-old. After he had already served his cup with toppings, I was told at the register that they were not accepting cards. While I understand technical issues can happen, there was no sign posted to notify customers before serving themselves. When I pointed this out, the cashier replied that it had “just happened 30 seconds ago.” I then attempted to hand the cup back for disposal. Instead of taking it, the employee said, “I can see you holding the cup up, you can set it down,” while slapping the counter repeatedly and gesturing at me to put it there. I had mango and strawberry frozen yogurt with kiwi and strawberry toppings with a dab of whip cream. The hubs had vanilla frozen yogurt with lots of kiwi. Both were SO yummy. And the young lady that was working was super polite.

You show up on a Tuesday at 12:30 for a break from work and they’re closed. Sounds like the store is poorly ran if you can’t even work the hour shift

UPDATE: Went to menchies yesterday at Lake Harbour. I've got to give a special review for the guy that was there. He was the young black guy with the Afro. Customer service was excellent!!!!! He even went so far as to suggest flavors to try. So talkative and very friendly. I told him I was definitely gonna tip him. He was great. Keep up the good work. Kudos to whoever hired this guy. My 14 year old son even mentioned how good he was.
