Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I have been here several times and the workers are always so nice and pleasant. The establishment is always clean and well kept. I feel that it is a great and welcoming addition to the town and a place were all are welcome from teens to parents with kids. It’s a great vibe and chill spot to relax and catch up a with a friend or even to sit alone and people watch in the busy plaza. I love the outdoor tables when the weather permits. I think it’s very nice to be able to have a nice cold cup of yogurt outside on a warm day. I love the variety of flavors and toppings available there is something to match any craving you may have. The possibilities are endless as to what you can have you’re only limited to your imagination. The new owner is wonderful and is very friendly and truly cares for her

Menchie’s is always a solid choice, and this location was especially good. The store was clean and well-kept, with a wide variety of frozen yogurt flavors and toppings to choose from. Everything tasted fresh, and the machines were working smoothly. The service was also great. Dom was very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome, and was happy to answer questions and give recommendations. He had a positive attitude and clearly cared about making sure customers had a good experience. Would definitely recommend this location, amazing experience.

Today was the first time I visited Menchies in Littleton, and I have to give high marks to Hakim M.! I was kind of confused trying to figure out the flow of the store and he went above and beyond, patiently showing me the way. He was very polite and helpful, I really appreciated his assistance! Did anyone in management see my review? He was great, the product was delicious, yet I am a firm believer in giving praise where praise is due, and I was hoping he’d see this and get some well deserved kudos!

Yogurt is great, but make sure you check when you pay with a card and click "no tip" and not "continue" if you are not doing one on your card. We were initially upset because we were overcharged and did not receive a call back when we left a voicemail. Left a text message instead and the owner Alia responded the same day! Helped my wife figure out that the extra charge we had was from that exact situation. We always click continue and never had it happen before, so we were just as surprised as she was. She is rectifying the situation for us, even called from out of town. Thankful for her help figuring it out and such great customer service. ❤️
