Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I love Menchie’s and I have been a customer for years and for first time I am very dissatisfied with the service. I rated 3 because the frozen yogurt is always delicious but the service needs to get better, this is not a cheap place, each cream in average is around $8, and on top of that you serve yourself and the least they could do is be kind. The girl that was the cashier was just talking with her coworker, did not greet at all. the reward system to get your points did not work and the cashier acted annoyed for telling me it was not working. get better customer service, I love my frozen yogurt but it is not pleasant at all to pay for such poor service.

Very cool place. Many flavors are 0 sugar. You get a standard size cup and serve yourself. I had chocolate mousse with chocolate syrup and chopped peanuts. Many toppings! Then you pay by weight. So good and reasonably priced. Try it you won't be disappointed.

The concept of this restaurant is so cool! You get to create your own ice cream from start: you choose the flavor of the ice cream you want (it can be more than one or combined too) and you then add any sprinkles or candy toppings to it. You finish by choosing one of three colorful spoon options and by paying at the register. You pay what your final ice cream weights plus taxes. Be careful if you're an adult and get too excited by all the candies like me, you can have a sugar rush by the amount of sweet options they offer, lol! However, you also have healthier options such as more organic ice cream flavors like strawberry and vanilla, and healthier toppings as well such as fruit chunks. The place was packed the whole time, but there's enough indoors and outdoors sitting areas for everyone.

Great job Menchie's! I've always loved this place but was even more pleased with the staff this time coming. Each member was attentive and engaging. Also there was a little hiccup with checking out/points, but we got it resolved thanks to good leadership. Keep up the good work and clean environment!

Fantastic frozen yogurt flavors with plenty of toppings to choose from. They even have non-dairy options! Well worth the visit!
