Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

The staff lacks good communication. I had an issue that could have been resolved quickly but that didn’t happen. I was given conflicting information and the service for a self-serve establishment was lackluster the two times I’ve been before. I truly am hopeful my issue can be resolved via the customer support team but otherwise avoid this location is my advice. Renton Landing has a really friendly team and atmosphere as well as Outlet Auburn Mall one.

This place is always packed but it's well worth the wait. The frozen yogurt is good with several different flavors and then there is the delicious toppings that you put on after getting your flavors and then last but not least is the closing with different caramel fudge or chocolate among others. This is a great place to go and get your frozen yogurt to take home and watch a movie. The staff is always kind I highly recommend this place.

Love Menchies great flavors that change during each different month. Adding the various toppings makes it a lot of fun customizing to what your taste buds like. You pay by weight not by toppings and or frozen yogurt flavors.

We love Menchies and usually go to the Lakeland Hills location; never a problem there. This Federal Way location however, was really dirty! There was a sign on the bathroom door stating that the lock was broken and to use it at your own use. Well, they should have also warned how nasty and slimy the sink was! I had my daughter stand outside the door and I used the restroom as quickly as I could, trying not to touch anything more than I needed to. Then, by the frozen yogurt and toppings, the floor was dirty and sticky, and there were toppings/crumbs littered all over. All of the froyo trays were also really dirty. A couple flavors tasted funky (my kids love to sample a good number of them), so we went with flavors that tasted like we're used to, and I just prayed we wouldn't get sick. I won
