As someone with over 30 years of experience in the franchising industry, it is always exhilarating to visit a franchise unit. Although I had come across the Mechie's Yogurt brand at a franchise expo, it was my first time setting foot in one of their actual store locations. We arrived at the store on a Saturday noon, only to find two young employees and no other customers present. I discovered that they offered a straightforward and efficient system where customers select their preferred flavor, fill the cup to their desired weight, and then proceed to payment. Joseph is the manager is making extra rules and charging extra without justification. Check the final charges they will be quick to add things and quickly move to the next screen. Be careful, not coming back here again

I know this chain, as I used to go there with my family, and we really enjoyed the taste and the concept of self service. However it was my first time in this branch, and the experience was disastrous. I brought here my all family, including my kids, parents and in-laws only to find out that the Greek yogurt machine was out of order and the pineapple topping was spoiled and had a bitter taste. Since we found out about the pineapple only after we tasted it, and obviously after we paid for it, we let the cashier know about it. She apologized. I had to take the pineapple out of my cup and throw it. Then I asked her to let me add another topping instead, but she told me she couldn’t let me do it after I paid for the yogurt. Thank you LEANNA for the good customer service. The store was clean and the restrooms were clean too. There were so many toppings to choose from and thankfully most of them had covers. There were also about five different syrups from the classic caramel to marshmallow to Nutella. Outdoor seating in the front and on the side. A variety of games to enjoy and apparel and pencils you can purchase. The strawberry smoothie sorbet and the snickerdoodle cookie were my favorite. I would have liked to have more yogurt flavors. I like that you can have some of the flavors swirl together. Great atmosphere!

I had like 5 years without trying frozen yogurt, and this place still offers the best frozen yogurt . Thank God I found this place .
