Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

Today was my second time trying menchies and I received fantastic service from the worker Melanie! She brightened my day with an amazing greeting and was very patient when I asked a question about the kiwi boba. She then explained it perfectly and I could tell she knew the store like the back of her hand. Her bright personality and charisma really made me want to come again. 5 stars!!!!!!

This is a small froyo store, still plenty of choices. Helpful staff. I love these but all of them are crazy expensive. My son got a cup and loaded it with toppings, I got a cup about 1/2 full and a few strawberries but $16.00 ?! I probably will not frequent another one of these stores again. I could have taken my son to the store and bought each of us our own carton of ice cream and saved $8.00!

The customer service was remarkable,the staff is very friendly and welcoming. No sugar added on certain yogurts for those who want to watch their figure. Numerous of toppings,adding a waffle is free of charge. Plan to return to this place,very delicious.

Ive come here a zillion times with my daughter over the last 4 or 5 years with no problems but this place has taken a sharp turn for the very worst. We walk in tonight, there's 3 workers in there, not doing anything - on their phones. This is typical for teenage workers, but the place was DISGUSTING. I don't mean a little dribble here or there from the previous patrons- I'm talking filth in every tray under every flavor of yogurt, every surface was dirty. Flies in the toppings area which was also filthy. There was even a DUST PAN FULL OF FILTH AND HAIR RIGHT ON THE COUNTERTOP, NEXT TO WHERE YOU WEIGH YOUR YOGURT. Then the workers had no hair nets no gloves and one had a long weave down past her butt.... now You know that hair is getting into everything. I won't ever be coming back.

I've brought my daughter here a few times and each time it's just nasty to me. This will be the LAST TIME I patronize this establishment. The 1st time, I didn't know it was self serve so the workers went over how it worked. Sure. The 2nd time i felt the same way, but my daughters 7 and we were at the shopping center so i was like sure. This time im just like you know what, this is the last time! The cleanliness is ick, the scales aren't wiped off half the time, all the toppi gs like whipped cream are just out, no lids, so air and other people's breathing is just all over those toppings. I kept it pretty basic when we visited. I don't see how they pass health inspection. I recommend Swirled Peace in Bishop Arts District, Jose there is great and it is top tier clean!!!
