As soon as I walked in the store, the store was packed with customers. There was nobody attending the register ,so finally a girl, by the name Natalie asked me.” what do I need” very rude, and I told her, I need pick up a Order, She told me she couldn’t help me, unless I confirmed on my phone that I was there. Which in the morning I picked up another order and I did not have to do that, and they got my order wrong, and I had to ask for a refund. Natalie needs be retrained on how to speak to customers . All the other employees need to double check the orders . They got my order wrong three times in total . Once in the morning and twice in the afternoon . The young lady, with the glasses, told me not to post the picture with the review due to minors. I don’t know who is or isn’t a minor.

I’d definitely go back on the service alone. I ordered and paid for something that they ended up getting out of and still made sure I was happy ash’s got what I b wanted shoutout to the guy working there. He was the only guy there so yall know who he is. Thank you.

The cookies here are really huge. The taste is good. I just don't know if they offer to heat up the cookies if you want. There's an assortment of flavors. And there's also ice cream. The ice cream is soft which I got to go. But by the time I got home it had already melted so I had to refreeze. Really nice chain location.

Cookies. Cookies larger than my hand and nearly the size of my face. Not every cookie is a slam dunk, but when they hit … they hit hard. I don’t seek out anything lemon. It isn’t my thing. Except here at Crumbl. Every lemon cookie they create is better than the last. Some cookies are sticky, gooey goodness begging you to hold a wet nap while you eat them. Others a sugary overdose waiting to happen. Only thing that throws me is that you can see the baking team when you arrive. Sometimes they look so unhappy to be there. You are making cookies! The counter team is always on point. I am very selective about ordering. If there aren’t, at least, three cookies that capture my attention, I don’t order that week. Past that. It’s cookies! Delectable, decadent, amazing cookies.
