Memo's Bagel Café

Great bagel sandwich with quality ingredients. I stopped in here while waiting for new tires with a big appetite and left satisfied. I enjoyed my sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. The ingredients tasted fresh and the other flavors of bagels/cream cheese looked delicious. House coffee was good and there was plenty of seating. The price is fair.

After the gym, I was looking a place to a quick breakfast. Much to my surprise I found this right next to my gym. They have fresh made bagels and fresh pressed juice available. I’m sure there’s more other things on the menu just sandwiches, salads, and more. However, this caught my eye for something quick and fresh. I also really love their different cream cheeses. I can’t wait to come back again. Don’t forget that they have a special; one juice for $6.50, or three for $15 My recommendation is getting a green juice, and a fresh bagel with cream cheese. The staff is so nice here. It’s also quite big with table so that you can eat or take your stuff to go.

Overall? 2.5 Star experience. I sincerely want to like this place, but–despite the cozy and welcoming atmosphere–the service is incredibly slow, the signage is posted ambiguously, they are consistently under-staffed, behind schedule, or starting late, and are likely biting off more than they can chew, Considering the price of what you're paying Vs. What you actually get, it leaves a lot left to be desired. Quality food. Nice interior and patio outside. However, the lack of customer service and ability to perform don't justify the pricing model they have available. Wish them well in the future, and I appreciate their selection of juices. We went there for breakfast and it was an amazing experience. We got the Greek breakfast wrap this time, we usually get the bagels, and it was really tasty!! The ingredients were fresh and high quality. Omelette was worm and the bread it self tasted so so delicious. Orders don’t usually take long to be ready. They also offer a range of both bottled and house made drinks. We got peach sweet tea which was really nice and cold. Will definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. I made a simple request to have my bagel cut, and the employee responded with visible frustration. I value courteous customer service and hope this is addressed moving forward.
