Melting Pot

Food was good, generous portions and a wide variety of food. decor could be a little more cheery. Just wanted to shout out our server (didn't catch your name! Zachary?) who served us as order #3 tonight, for being super informative and accommodating.

Our server Jordan was great! Very genuine & patient with the kiddos! Went early & avoided the rush that came around 4. Highly reccommend as a fun outing.

We had a group of 10 and Jordan was amazing!! He said we were the largest group he’s served so far and we never would have known. He was attentive, accommodating, and personable. We will definitely be requesting him in the future!

I would never recommend anyone to waste their time coming here. The absolute worst thing on top of 500 other flaws is the quality of food. For 83$ a person, you get a tiny portion of cheap, stale bread and raw vegetables slapped on a plate with the cheese fondue. Then, an even tinier portion of meat that couldn’t be worth more than 6$. And lastly, some cheap melting chocolate with the cheapest, stalest desserts on the side (also cut into miniscule pieces) Don’t get me wrong, the idea is cute and could be enjoyable, but to charge 83$ a person and try to pass it off as fine dining is blasphemous. Also, I genuinely couldn’t stomach any of the classic alpine fondue and had to spit it out in my napkin. The meat also tasted mediocre, and despite the website saying a recommended cook time of 2 mi

We love it here. This is our favorite place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, engagement, and holidays. The server we had tonight, Emily, was amazing. Best service I've ever had here. One of the best servers I've ever had anywhere. Thanks Emily!
