Craig and Meats & Moore came through and were more than happy to help me. They sell their own meatballs, but they were willing to grind me up 5#s of meatball mix on Christmas Eve last minute so I could do my own. Those meatballs were the hit of the party! Everyone loved them, and wanted to know where I got the blend from. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them!

Excellent sausage makers, fresh and smoked Polish sausage are Great! Their pork sausage links are good, but my favorite is the Breakfast Links. They make The BEST Liver sausage on the planet, it is so smooth and has a mild fresh flavor! And they have cured Beer Stick sausages! If you going through the "South End" (Polish Area) this is "Must Stop" for Polish Old World Ethnic Meats and food!

Best home made sausage u will find anywhere

After Kramer's South Side grocery burnt down we were looking for a new market for our holiday sausage. I have to admit I was skeptical to try something new. We had tried other markets in the past with mixed results. Having said all that, I have to admit this was some of the best sausage we've had. Both the smoked and fresh were fantastic! A bit on the pricey side but in the end it was well worth it.
