Absolutely incredible experience at this Irish pub tucked away in the mountains of Vermont. The atmosphere was cozy, welcoming, and exactly what you’d hope for after a day in the mountains—authentic, charming, and full of character. The highlight of the visit was without a doubt Joy, the bartender. She was the sweetest lady ever—so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made us feel right at home from the moment we sat down and truly elevated the entire experience. Great conversation, great service, and a warm smile the whole time. Fantastic drinks, wonderful vibes, and unforgettable hospitality. This place is a must-stop if you’re anywhere nearby. Can’t wait to come back!
Great for après ski or as a stop on the trail. Pours of Irish and local beers, hearty Irish and American fare, cozy decor, and live music on the weekends make McGrath’s a Killington institution.
Hiked the trail.. Next to the restaurant in mid October 20 25 and then came in for the most amazing surprise.. This place is an angel stop for hikers and incredible staff and food. We will definitely be back.!!! A must stop ..! The chicken pot pie and the beef stew off the chart🙌🏻🙌🏻
