I haven’t had many issues with this location but if you’re charging over 4 dollars for a large fry it needs to be a large fry. It’s actually insane.

Tonight I placed an online order for pick up. After picking up our food and driving home I took one bite of my big Mac and there was a very long hair smashed between my burger and bread. I immediately spit out my food and packaged it back into the box and drove back to the location. My 17 year old son ran inside with the meal and explained what happened and was given a big Mac in a bag. Even though now the fries were cold. He came back to the car and I saw the big Mac has onions and was falling apart. I went back inside my self and the male "manager" asked what I needed. I explained it all to him and also expressed how crazy this is that after finding a hair in my food they couldn't even apologize. He became aggressive with his tone and said well you can have a refund for it. Honestly tha

The mocha tasted like watered down hot chocolate. It tasted worse than a K-cup. Don't waste your time or money.

If your looking for a quick stop for a bite to eat, don't stop here! This stores ice cream machine is broken down 95% of the time. Stinks that big franchises like this aren't required to provide a descent level of customer service.

I have lived in wright city for five years, and for five years have had problems with the service and quality of the McDonald’s here. Tonight ordered a quarter pounder with bacon plain meal received chicken nuggets instead, the last time we went there I ordered a quarter pounder plain the box it came in had the special ticket that said plain clear as day on it and it had everything. This place is trash. The employees are trash. The food is never fresh or hot. Def worth the drive to foristell. Hands down worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced and it happenes so often.
