The food is amazing and large portions. You will definitely have left overs. Jamie is so nice and makes sure you have everything you need to eat your food.
This is an establishment that deserves some word of mouth and patronage, especially as more and more cars will be using this highway during I-70 construction. We stopped after a nearby hike and were greeted warmly. I had the Cuban sandwich/wrap?, overfilled with pork, authentically and subtly flavored. It was 2 meals and made a well-reheated next day's lunch. Another had the Walking Taco. It was a substantial assemblage of taco ingredients. I did not hear a review -- which in no way should be taken as a negative. 3rd in the group had the Biscuits & Gravy which is something of a specialty of the truck. They were thoroughly enjoyed. With the Hwy. 47 bridge coming down this week, I'm hoping to be getting coffee here, if they are open early enough.
I finally stopped in this morning for breakfast! Caterlillys you know great- amazing food! 👏 Also, your coffee was delicious! I will be definitely coming back on the weekly! #goodfoodismessy!Thank you! ❤️
