Friendly service, quick delivery of order, excellent quality of food. Fries were nice and hot with just the right amount of salt. Burger was cooked properly and tasted delicious. Frappe and milkshake were great! Employees were very friendly and helpful. All were smiling and attentive to my questions.

JUST SKIP THIS MCDONALDS!!! Go to the one down the road @ 900 Wilkes Barre Township Blvd in Georgetown. It’s ridiculous how many issues there are here…you try to get assistance and nothing but new excuses on why you can’t get your $25 refund, in which was wrongly charged twice by one of their workers. It’s been since NOVEMBER. It’s not even worth it, but who can lose that in today’s economy? (lol). I’m a huge regular at many of them, so this hurts my heart to say this along with loving working there greatly when I was young. How disappointing that this one isn’t good 😔 1 star is being generous. Never have these issues at any other McDonald’s I go to Dallas, Old Forge, and Wilkes Barre Township. Shoutout to you all! ♥️☺️

Worse place to order. I ordered on the kiosk and I didn't get my receipt. I got home and I was missing items. I called for the items missing and they labeled me like a lier. Say they can't find my order and they can't do anything since I don't have a receipt. Went back to the store and they asking me for the managers name for me to get my missing items. I only had the paper they stick on the bag. They are very unprofessional. They didn't apologize or anything. As a pass McDonald's manager I know better. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning

Night crew is great, but when it comes to morning shift they need to get it together. They always forget something, even when it's not busy at all. Very lazy and sloppy. The skinny African-american woman wearing glasses who works in the kitchen needs to learn to do her job better, instead of giving sass and attitude because of her own mistakes, very belligerant and rude.

I gave these guys a one star because I went in and I placed the order for six piece chicken nugget quarter pounder meal and a happy meal and it was 40 bucks and then I came to check out my bag and I was missing my snack wrap they gave me the snack wrap then but then when I returned home, I checked through the bag because the lady interrupted me from being able to check through my food and I realized that they were missing my six piece chicken nugget. The food was $40 altogether round-trip $60 they didn’t pay for my Uber. They didn’t even give me another McNugget in there and I didn’t even give me free points. They still charged the McNugget on my order so this is why this place gets a one star
