McDonald's

Sooo sloooow. I don't know what it is about this particular McDonald's, but it's slower than any other we ever go to. Even on a random afternoon at 2:30.... Just so slow. There's not even a drive through. You can tell they game the system on order completion time, dismissing orders as complete in the computer while they have paper print outs littering the order screens. I presume this is so that corporate doesn't realize how behind they always are. We go to this one fairly often because it's on the way when we're traveling... But it's always so slow, I'll find a different one. It's not worth the wait. I'd say at least 75% of the time there's an unacceptablely long wait. Today it took 20 minutes for a simple order.

Today I I ordered 25 Happy Meals for an event I was having. I did the order through the mobile app app for curb side pick up. Once I checked in to say I had arrived a worker came out to say unfortunately they had no Halloween buckets. I was very upset because this is why we ordered McDonald’s. We had talked about the buckets/McDonalds lunch with a bunch of preschoolers. To hear they did not have any was disappointing. I went into the restaurant and spoke to the manager her name was Gengli Galicia. She was very understanding and apologized many times. I just want to say thank you to her because 1 the order was completed with out any mistakes, great team you lead. 2nd she got on the phone with her supervisor and they sent a worker to a different McDonalds that had the buckets. Usually have an OK experience here whenever I come which isn’t often, but the workers are nice. Service can be slow and food is not always made right, but they will remake it for you. Today I ordered 2 mcchickens, the first one seemed fine but when I took a couple of bites from the second, each bite I felt like I was biting bones. After letting them dry, I can absolutely confirm it is. I don’t wanna risk finishing the rest of the food, I bet there’s more in there.

The manager clears all the orders as soon as they come in then sticks the order stickers to the screen. I waited over 10 mins for 2 hamburgers and a fry and watched a dozen people come and go. I had to speak up to get my food. Dont come if you are strapped for time

This McDonald’s was a pleasant surprise this morning- driving all night, the gang needed breakfast- ordered on the app- restrooms were clean, the restaurant was clean and had a look that was relatively new and not like the typical McDonald’s. The workers at the counter seems to like their job and were pleasant and willing to help; lovely play area for kids which is so convenient when you are traveling and need to stretch legs especially in the event of rain. Plenty of parking, clean parking lot, clean lobby, Overall experience was a nice one, thank you for helping in our chaotic day of travel!
