McDonald's

Manager at the time was so invested in keeping her wait time numbers down that she was stacking people up on the other side of the building. Inevitably the orders started getting messed up and my simple order of just two cheeseburgers and a coffee, they couldn't even get correct. The employees she had bring out the food were nice and polite, but I definitely can't say the same of the manager.

If y’all are gonna do the Monopoly game then make it digital. They haven’t given me a single sticker in around two weeks and I ate here every day sadly. Everything I order is supposed to have a sticker. Definitely feel scammed

Every once in a while I’ll get a good worker who knows how to read the cup and make a coffee the right size but most of the time anymore they hand me this small cup and say “this is a medium” when you can clearly read that it aint. Workers need to be trained better! If you can’t make a coffee I sure don’t expect food to be made right! ****update 8/17/25-they are still handing out small cups and saying it is a “large” the girl this morning said the manager said to hand it out like that. I doubt the manager is gonna say hand out a cup that says medium iced coffee not large.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this McDonald’s location. It took about 45 minutes to receive our food. My party was ignored at the register for several minutes, and communication from the staff was very poor throughout our visit. Additionally, the team refused to fulfill our mobile order without providing a clear explanation or assistance. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the lack of communication and attentiveness made for a very frustrating experience. I hope management will address these issues to improve service for future customers.

Google states that McDonald’s is open 24 hours. When I arrived the lights were on and people were inside. Me and four other customers were waiting in the drive thru to order, but no one answered other than the automated message saying to wait. I finally drive up to the first window after almost 10 minutes of waiting to see someone sitting down, away from the register on her phone. She decides not get up until a minute later after I was staring at her to only tell me the place was closed. Apparently Google needs to be updated, since I don’t know if the place is actually closed or not. Unless the few people inside working night hours on 10/26/25 decided to be lazy and not actually do their job.
