Thinking these wraps are acceptable is actually crazy spending money on crap like this absolute worst food service I’ve ever experienced and it’s been like that at this location for years whoever was working 01/17/26 should be ashamed of themselves

Horrible experience. Stopped for lunch and waited 25 minutes for my order. They were also out of ice in the fountain area and also out of lids as well. Also the kiosk printed out a blank receipt. Just affirms my not ever visiting any McDonald’s again. This is a consistent pattern at all McDonald’s I’ve gone to over the last few months.

I was disappointed because the shake machine was down after displaying that you could order the shamrock shake and there was very little ice in my drink then the fries were soggy lastly after asking for extra pickles on the burger there was none.

Went through drive thru for today. Ordered 2 different kids meals, 1 actually was close to right, the other royaly messed up. Also ordered 3 different medium meals. 2 were all accurate, mine was all sorts of messed up. I ordered the snack wrap meal with 1 of each wrap. Got home and neither 1 had anything but chicken and lettuce, NO sauce. When I called the lady that answered didn't give a name, so I asked how do you expect people to give good feed back when you don't make the food the right way. She accused me of being rude and condescending and then said I'm hanging up. YES I said a few choice words as she didn't even ask what the problem was. This is beyond ridiculous if the order taker can't listen to the orders properly then retrain them. If people making the food can't read or follow

Went there last night and our sandwiches were so greasy, my fries were cold, my chocolate shake had a weird flavor to it. The cashier at the first window didn't speak or give us our receipt, asked at the second window after we got our food and the lady that gave it to us acted mad and gave us a nasty look!!! Get it together people!!!!!
