McDonald's Filet O Fish sandwich is the best!! The Drive Thru lanes has a sign that says "ANY LANE ANY TIME" but the left side was closed . . .

Not a good McDonald’s at all! They totally messed up my order even through it looked right but didn’t notice it was wrong until it was too late. I ordered a bacon McDouble without pickles and what I got was just a plan old cheese burger that wasn’t even put together very well 😒 here I paid for bacon McDouble but I could have saved money if I knew that’s what I was going to get.

The manager made my frappe... I ordered extra caramel. She gave me the regular amount that a regular caramel frappe gets the proceeds to tell me that its just how that is, and ordering extra caramel is a waste of money. Very rude woman... how hard is it to just give a little more caramel, she made it sound like the caramel was coming from her pocket. Also, she sat around talking for a good 3-4 minutes before making the single frappe, when there was no one else in drive thru and no one in lobby. I hope she sees this and makes adjustments to her process and attitude. Edit: this is all the caramel you get for a standard LARGE CARAMEL frappe. Honestly, pathetic. The manager here acts like she is directly paying for the caramel. So stingy, she should consider finding a different job.

I've been eating there for 50 years. I'm still sad they got rid of the deep fried apple pie. If only time travel was possible. The rest of the menu is good.

By far the worst mcdonalds i have been to in the santa cloud area ordered take out in the app and it sent imeaditly before I arived. No big deal im 15 min away I arive and no food sitting on the counter I tell the staff and she doesn't care says I called that earlier. as im waiting another guest codes in complaining about there unedable fries. they say I dont care and walk away. he yells for q Manager a young man says there's not one and walks away. 20 min of asking are you making my order and finally they make it.
