Very clean and convenient location. BUT, they messed up my frappe. I ordered mocha frappe but they gave me a caramel, which I can't have.... It was all melted and my husband couldn't finish it.

Went thru drive thru staff was very friendly until we went inside to collect an item they didn't put in the bag. After we requested the hashbrown the Manager became agitated towards the staff for leaving out hashbrown. When we opened up the mcgridle the sausage and the cheese was both dry and seemed as it had been sitting under lights. The bread itself tasted like garlic. The apple pies were dry and the filling was all over the inside of the box and had very little in the inside of the pie.

Great place to stop on your way out of town to Joplin or on east. You can also have your food orders delivered by Uber Eats and Door Dash if your staying at one of the local hotel's for breakfast or dinner.. I do them both Door Dash or Uber Eat's & Rides

McDonald’s down town needs to hire a new drive thru person. Also new cooks. I came through here the other day asked for a burger plain and they had everything on it and the pattys were burnt. They also put coffee in our sweet tea and the girl is very very rude! They don’t know how to make our food right! Very impatient workers!

The mcdouble cheeseburgers and Big Macs are good along with having the best fries. The chicken nuggets are almost always good with some tangy BBQ sauce to dip them in. I also really like dipping my fries in the Big Mac sauce. I really like the sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and the coffee is the best. Other than the occasional hard bun or cold burger patty they aren't bad.
