McDonald's

Walked in at 10:40 p.m. Kiosks closed, nobody in the drive thru. I waited for awhile and began to wonder if the dining room was closed already, because the employees seemed unaware of me. So I asked them if they were open, and one just glared at me as if I was just an inconvenience. I asked again with more volume and another raised her hand up at my face with a forefinger up as one would to an errant toddler. A simple acknowledgement like, "We'll be with you in a moment" would have sufficed for a semblance of hospitality. Extremely rude and condescending without cause. Why do people with such inhospitable attitudes work in a public service roles? Maybe they prefer not to serve white people here. Alright then, I'm better off not eating here anyhow. Thank you for the awful experience. I reg

McDonald's is great for that quick need of something, but it is not great for you. They offer many quick food items that people crave. I like the bic Mac myself. Lately, it has been the mcchicken sandwich for me it's the cheapest thing on the menu. I think McDonald's is expensive for the type of food you get. A large fries is $4, and it is usually half full. McDonald's has driven me away because there are no more real deals. Two mcdoubles used to be $3, and now they are almost $7. I feel for the quality and the down sizing of food I can not recommend McDonald's at this time.

On the evening of June 12, 2025 I stopped and ordered two fish sandwiches specifying that I wanted them to be made fresh, and less than three minutes the attendant handed me a bag and I asked them where the fish sandwiches made fresh, she was not sure and then told me to pull up to the next window. About 2 to 3 minutes later , another attendant handed me a bag with two fish sandwiches in them. When I got home to my residence less than a mile away, I discovered that the fish sandwichs were on bread that was hard as if it was placed in a microwave. I don’t believe I receive the fresh fish sandwiches that I ordered.

The food was typical McDonald's food, we bought fries and they were warm, not cold but not hot, we also had breakfast here a few days ago and that was nice and hot and everyone enjoyed their food.

I don't know who told McDonald's that having just a screen to interact with is better than ordering face to face at the register.... Whenever you enter one of these McDs, there's never anybody at the registers, and you have to use the kiosk to order. It seems that the employees are more focused on the drive-in customers then they are of the customers that are inside the building. Just to order a couple of sandwiches takes a seemingly long time, yet you can watch the orders being completed and handed off to the drivers while you're waiting.... Does not seem like a good system to me and we really don't want to patronize this kind of business model. We will make sure to go to Chick-fil-A, where the employees are super friendly and happy to see their customers.
