Jillian the manager is by far is the best! She went WAY out of her way to correct my order! Everyone at the verona starbucks is great and always super nice! Highly recommend this location!

We stopped here randomly on a long road trip. Beautiful interior with lovely wooden furniture. Great music, friendly baristas. Best coffee drink of the 4-day road trip. Wish I lived near this coffee shop!

I went in today to order four mint majesty teas with 2 honey’s. I ask the girl to write Charlie on them. Well she did not. I proceeded to ask the pleasant young black gentleman to do it and he very politely done it for me. He had a very nice personality.

I wanted to call to compliment whoever made the batch of cold brew sold on 8/24/25, but I couldn’t find a phone number. It was the best I’ve had from a Starbucks in a hot minute. 10/10! Yummy! Thank you!

Love it here I'm going to leave the love it here because I still love that store I'll drive all the way from Stanton just to get my drinks from that store however on today August 26th @10:50am there were two gentlemen and a lady in the store The drinks were horrible the lady making them was upset and being rude because other than myself they were two other people wanting their drinks remade. Ordered a grande pumpkin cold brew latte with extra cold foam and caramel drizzle The first one came with no caramel no cold foam hardly at all and very little ice I also ordered a venti Americano seven shots splash of cream brown sugar cold foam there was no brown sugar cold foam hardly at all there was no ice and it tastes like milk I don't know what went wrong today but I hope they fix it cuz I lov
