I'd give this place a 35 out of 100, and here's why: the good thing was that the food was fresh and the staff was friendly, which can't be said about most of these places. What upset me was that the floors inside were dirty, the tables outside were dusty—they're probably rarely wiped down, the restroom was dirty, the air conditioning and ventilation in the place were very poor, making it uncomfortably stuffy and smelling of fried oil, and the self-service kiosk didn't give me a receipt. It's sad, but I probably won't be coming back.

Every single time I come to this location in TR I have a bad experience. They’re never prepared nor does it seem like anyone really cares about their job. Just recently I did my order online so that once I got to the store it’d be done and I could continue my way to work so I wouldn’t be late. I arrived to pick up and still stood in line for another 20 mins waiting on the simplest order that I had also put in 20 mins prior to me waiting in the store itself for 20 mins. I’ve come through the drive through and only gotten a tea and fries and have had to sit and wait for 30 mins just to get that. This place is horrible nobody really cares about their job or the customers. Just close it down at this point. Got pulled to dt stall 2 for a large fry and a mocha frappe. They brought out car 3 and 4 before me! Then they come back on and I am missing half an order of my large fries... see photo. Would give 0 stars if Google wasn't stupid. or Negative 1. Update when clicking the link the owner suggested it did not work. McDonald's needs to do better. Stop pulling people up for fries... have them ready especially during peak times... stop serving off orders to make your time look good. Hire more dependable and reliable and honest people.

In 2025 it seems like slow service and poor customer service have become the norm at all McDonald’s, but this location takes first place in poor service. After waiting 17 minutes for my food, I finally got it—not because of the rude employees’ help, but in spite of them. At least the food was fresh. The restaurant, however, was filthy from front to back. I counted six employees, yet only two appeared to be working while the others stood around talking. They were out of ice for drinks, the trash hadn’t been taken out in hours, every table was dirty, and from my view the kitchen looked even worse than the dining area. Had I not placed a mobile order, I would have walked out. It’s sad how little McDonald’s seems to care anymore. I remember when they had friendly staff and clean restaurants—

Used kiosk to place order. No paper, no receipt. No cheese on double hamburger…see photo, full of cheese! Fries were hot but absolutely no salt on them. No staff in sight. Everyone was in the back making orders and just setting them on the counter.
