McDonald's

There have been a few times I’ve come by this McDonalds and service can be slow and orders can be mixed up. But we always come back bc life with two picky eaters leaves us with little options for something quick. Today after church we stopped in for lunch. This has been the best experience in a McDonald’s that I have had in months. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, everything was exactly how we ordered it and the associates were very helpful with anything we needed. Keep up the good work Taylorsville McDonald’s!

This was how much ice came in a light iced tea. The second picture is from a visit about 4 or 5 months later and this is how much ice comes in a light iced tea. Also when you say honey mustard and hot mustard apparently they hear tangy BBQ. Also the boy who works to drive through has a horrible attitude with you the whole time in rushes you however some reason the line takes 20 minutes to get out of. Somehow every single one of my sandwiches were done wrong

It’s been a year since I visited this McDonalds. I came to breakfast yesterday. Very loud kitchen women bickering and arguing seems like they worry more about themselves instead of taking care of the customers. It’s nonsense to wait over 30mins for a sausage biscuit. Last time I visited it was night shift which was more calmer but food was just cold. I believe Sasha and Terence made sure my order was correct after receiving cold food. Seems like nothing has changed and the store has become more chaotic and toxic. Who are the owners are they not concerned

For two gravy biscuits two hash browns and a large Dr pepper I was charged $15 and something it was gross the gravy biscuits were soggy and cold and the hash browns were greasy it was disgusting I'd like my money back if I'm honest. Ridiculous.

Did a mobile order for 3 combo meals and was asked to park in a spot and food would be right out 30 mins later it showed up fries ice cold and soggy, watched 8-10 cars pull out after I parked. I wouldn’t complain if I order 5-10 meals but I had 3. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait like that. Either a dm needs to be more involved on 2nd shift here or an actual manager who knows how to manage the employees to get things out in a timely manner
