McDonald's

Staff was rude but got my food. Came home and my toddler accidentally spilt over his drink he got with his kids meal and a little was left. The bottom was DISGUSTING bc why does it look like it’s mold in his tea

I usually never have a problem with this location, but I don’t know why today of all days they decided to act as if they have no common sense. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-through to pick it up. I sat at the speaker for a good 10 minutes without anybody answering so then I’ll just proceeded to pull to the window after I got to the window. I told the gentleman that I had a mobile order he proceeded to tell me the total for somebody else’s order and I had to remind him that I had a mobile order. Then I asked him for a side of big Mac sauce because I know that most of the time it is extra and I was willing to pay for it he tells me to ask for it at the next window, so that’s what I do then the lady at the next window had a nasty attitude whenever I asked her for it talki

I ordered a burger meal online for pickup, and I realized I forgot to add sauce to my order. So I asked at the window for sauce. I know that at this location there is no up charge for sauces. When I asked her, for a couple sweet and sours, the lady said “you gotta ask for that at the back.” And I said “oh. Well I can pay for it if I need to?” And she said “nah. You just gotta ask for it at the back I been tellin everybody that.” And I was just like “oh. Ok.” She then rolled her eyes at me and asked me how many I needed. Rude and disrespectful. Never once have I had this experience here before. There was a nicer way for her to tell me that next time to ask for them before I pull up to the window without rolling her eyes at me and just having a nasty attitude.

Quite pleased. I am not a McDonald’s regular but I had cause to stop by here several times over the past few weeks. Each experience was exactly what I expect from a fast food service. The folks who served me were all pleasant and things moved along quickly. It’s not gourmet food but it does the job in a pinch.

The service is horrible how You gonna say they was closed it is 24hr I don’t know how they still in business POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SLOW they answered me on speaker than stopped answering me for over 30mins where I had to go inside passed a guy come out with bag of FOOD if I was u I would get NEW EMPLOYEES! Last time I order from any McDonald’s I don’t like McDonald’s just fast meal but NEVER AGAIN!!! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
