McDonald's

The service was awful. It took at least 10 minutes for a McDonald's employee to come around to the front to even come help me and once they did, they were of no help. Their bathrooms have door looks and when I asked to please have the door unlocked, it took another few minutes for them to walk back and do so, once they were finished with their conversation. The bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat was barely hanging on. Toilet paper all over the floor. The soap was constantly dispensing all by itself and had a HUMONGOUS pile all over the counter. It was awful and unkept. There were people sleeping at tables and others standing around greeting any women that walked in like animals. All in all, not the best McDonald's.

Ordered a hot vanilla latte with a sausage biscuit. The fresh latte was luke warm. Asked for a hot one again. The second comes out COLDER than the first one. Mind you I was the only person there. No one was in the drive thru. Positive side I got a refund.

I've placed order on the app at 10.20am, twenty minutes after i went there pick it up they recently canceled my order for no reason!!!! Last time I've order 30mins before I got there and still have to wait another 20mins for the employee to hand my food to me, looks like everybody who's in the front don't want to serve any customer at all!!!!!!!

I walked in at 8:20pm and there was no one standing at the cash register to take my order and I wait for the next 20 mins until someone told me to hold on. And I had to order myself on the kiosk

Just left there current time is 5:50. I went here because it’s the only thing open…. The person on the mic couldn’t speak English and kept pausing for a very long time in between sentences. Me saying Hello 30x times while not being understood I left because I was so irritated (&hungry) and to add there was a woman begging at the end of the drive through. Wont return to this location ever again.
