McDonald's

We placed our order at the front kiosk and after payment, the machine said to have a seat with our number and someone would bring our food out. When our food was done, we heard someone yelling our number up the front counter. It's not what the kiosk said would happen and it's also not what the number says that we placed on our table. When we went to go get our food, our frappes were not ready. They had ""forgotten"" to make them. This made our food cold. ⭐

I stopped by McDonald’s today and was really impressed. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and my order came out fast and hot—just how it should be. Fries were perfectly golden, and my burger was fresh and actually looked like the picture (a rare win in fast food). The drive-thru moved quick, and the cashier was polite and upbeat, which made the whole stop that much better. Overall, it was one of those rare times where McDonald’s nailed everything from service to quality. Definitely coming back again soon.

This location is typically a little busy when we come through, but that is to be expected. We usually order on the McDonald’s app to take advantage of the online deals, and then pick up our order in the drive-thru. We have gone a couple times, usually after 8 pm, and have not had any issues. The wait is a few minutes, and the staff are hit or miss in terms of kindness, but the food is consistent and it is exactly what we expect and pay for.

This is one of the better McDonald’s I have been to. The drive thru is normally pretty quick and the staff is polite. Order accuracy is very good.

If you pay with cash, better make sure you get correct change back. They are so used to customers using cards, that cash money scares them. Manager was supposed to call me back after "counting the drawer" for my couple of bucks. Yes, it adds up if they do it several times and I knew I wouldn't get a call back. Plus, we went at almost 11 am. You would think food would be fresh. Wrong ...
