I love you guys. I actually drive past the location by Giant on Benner Pike to go to this location instead because the quality is so much better and the staff is always super nice. Tonight they forgot a 40 piece nugget on my order (I have a big family and it was a big order) but they fixed it super fast and were really nice about it. Fast food isn't an easy job but the staff here do great. Thank you guys!

Very slow service, you'll wait a long time here. Food is great but I thought the whole point was to be fast.

The problem with the Monopoly promotion has always been the lack of cups or anything that has a play piece attached and that hasn'tchanged over the years. Tonight I stopped by and received 2 large sodas, with large fries, and a handful of other items and received no Monopoly pieces attached to any item. Overall, I'm tried of the poor product and poor promotion follow through, I'll be going 2 blocks down to Burger King from now on.

I’m literally sitting in the drive through. I have been here for 20 minutes. I got skipped in the drive through 3 times before I just drove to the window. Still sitting here 30 minutes later. It’s 7pm on a Monday night. This place is literally terrible

Consistently bad food and staff. Received a snack wrap that was completely flattened, and the only other item I ordered was fries. The staff get into heated arguments frequently, too.
