Don’t bother using the mobile app to order. I tried to order breakfast thru the app, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line, and then was handed the wrong order. The cashier at the window asked me to pull into waiting spot 1, but never asked what my order was… after waiting 5 minutes, I walked inside to see how it was going. I walk inside to see that they forgot about me and my order entirely. After getting their attention, and verbally telling them my order, they finally start making it. I notice them making it wrong, so in an attempt to help, I pull up the order on the app on my phone for them to read, and make the order accurately. For some reason. They refused to even look at my phone and I witnessed them attempt to make my order, INCORRECTLY, 3 more times. (Sausage instead of bacon)

I ordered the RANCH snack wraps meal and they gave me spicy. They were staring at me laughing as they gave me my order so I thought nothing of it at first but I can see why they were laughing. Now I have a health issue where I can NOT have anything spicy hence me ordering the ranch (which does suck bc I do miss spicy) . I told them I had ordered ranch and I had gotten the wrong ones (mind you I was being very cool about the whole ordeal bc I understand mistakes can happen) HOWEVER- once the chicks at the window started making fun of me in Spanish- mind you I speak Spanish- what they were saying is completely RUDE of them and they need to reevaluate themselves. I will NEVER come here again and neither will my friends or family. Disgusting behavior and disgusting management for allowing this

Fast service and courteous employees. Menu probably could be expanded beyond the basic menu which was curtailed during the pandemic. Prices have increased dramatically in past two years but seems to have had little impact on number of customers. A busy place most hours of the day. I especially like the McDonald's app which is easy to navigate and intuitive. One of the biggest advantages of the app is that it offers discounted food deals and points that can be redeemed for free menu items. Over the past four years, I have seen a dramatic menu reduction resulting in a focus on the basic, well-known items such as breakfast foods, hamburger and chicken sandwiches, French fries and drinks. Could not deliver on quality or temperature of the product. Ordered no cheese due to allergy guess what not only did fillet o fish have two pieces of fish which rendered it inedible the crispy chicken strips were served cold and undercooked. Even the 3 year old did not eat her chicken nuggets (her favorite) due to temp and taste. Only good thing were the 2 ice teas

I only had 3 ingredients and they still gave me the wrong burgers. asked for extra mustard, didn’t get that, asked for pickles, i got one each for my two hamburger meal. wouldn’t let me finish ordering and almost tried guessing what i wanted.
