Seymour Public Library

I love the people at the library!!! I had to get passport paperwork today and the ladies were so helpful and kind. It is so unheard of in 2025 to go some place that involves customer service and be treated so well. I look forward to many more trips to the library.

Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help. The books in store are great, if you can’t find what you need just ask and they’ll get it for you as soon as they can. If you prefer digital, as I sometimes do, they have hundreds of thousands of books/audiobooks on hoopla, Libby, and overdrive.

The staff make this library what it is, friendly. No printer at home, so this place is a life saver sometimes. I use the study "cube" often and wish they had another one. Well maintained facility.

We are fortunate to have such a valuable asset in our town. Professional, knowledgeable and responsive staff are poised to provide the visitor with assistance and information as needed. Our library is a Seymour treasure!

This is the best Library! Every one is so frindly and nice. They have great programs such as book clubs and guest speakers. Great selection of books and dvds!
