McDonald's

It's kinda convenient if you are traveling - a McDonalds and gas station all in one ! It's on a round-a-bout ( you know, where you go round and round in a circle to get to your exit, instead of a stop sign or lights...). The parking lot of easy to park in and can accommodate larger vehicles/ trailers and what not. The inside is clean - both the McDonald's and gas station sides. Clean floors, tables, drink stations, even the trash cans ! As is common today, McDonald's has the self serve kiosks, but can order at the counter with a live person, too. So, I can't really comment on customer service as there was none.... We got our order pretty quick. The food was as expected. Made correctly and fresh ( I know, that's not what have come to expect in many, many places!!). Just so you know, i

Ordered from the Scott Location through door dash. Usually do not have problems. But this time we did not receive full order. Whomever bagged the order did not insure all the items were there. See pics attached of receipt and bag. Can not blame door dash because it was sealed. So it happened at the store. We did not get the two apple pies.

Ordered 2 snack wrap meals. There was NO lettuce, barely any sauce or cheese. All 4 wraps were made that way! Pic speaks for itself. It was old, cold and disgusting honestly. I’d give 0 stars if I could!

ok let’s jump right in so i eat from here not a lot but i still do. So im eating today and everything we going good until im eating my chicken sandwich and i feel something hard and im like “this is definitely not right” but i keep eating and then i see this bone or like nut or something idk what this if but it was super hard so my assumption is that the chicken is fake but i don’t know

Worse service & food I’ve ever had there. Ordered McRib only pickle & they loaded with at least double the amount of normal BBQ sauce. The chicken nuggets were exceptionally cold & tasted like old grease. I called to complain about the McRib & since I couldn’t bring it back, they would not honor it with my next order. I very seldom make a complaint about my order & just eat it or throw it away.
