Savoy The Bed & Breakfast

Staying at the Savoy Bed and Breakfast is an absolute favorite place to stay for our family. The Savoy's are the best of the best. We have stayed here several times on family trips to Louisiana. It truly has become a home away from home for us. We are very comfortable there and feel very secure. Thank you Rodney and Darlene for making our stay most pleasant and enjoyable.!

Most friendly courteous host I have EVER met! Cajun hospitality at its finest.

We enjoyed our stay at the Savoy, which was part of our honeymoon trip. We spent 2 nights here, visiting plantations and cajun country and also making the trip down to the Tobasco factory, which was about 1.5h away. Our hosts were very sweet and understanding that my husband had not been to a B&B before and gave us lots of privacy. We stayed in the cottage out back, which had a pool table and jukebox, which we played constantly! It was a great little home away from home. Furnishing are antique-y, but everything was clean in working order. Breakfast was tasty. We would go back if we are in the area again.

We planned a vacation in and around Lafayette, LA for my husband's birthday, but did not want to stay in a hotel. He found The Savoy B&B in nearby Scott, LA. What a gem. We stayed in the guest suite as the guest cottage was occupied by some visitors from France. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated with antiques our hosts had collected on their travels. A private bath, free WiFi, and an outdoor patio adjacent to our room were much appreciated. It was nice to spend our mornings on the patio with our iPads and coffee, and prepare for the day's adventures while listening to the birds sing.||Rodney & Darlene were perfect hosts, always seeking to make our stay more enjoyable by suggesting places of interest and great places to eat and enjoy the Zydeco experience that is South Central L

We had a stopover here while driving from Houston to New Orleans, and what a good choice. Rodney is a true gentleman, and we had the best welcome from him out of the many places we stayed in the past. He done everything he could to make our stay perfect. We stayed in the cottage, which had its own hot tub out back, and a working classic jukebox which was very cool. Rodney made us breakfast at our desired time, and his eggs are top notch.|We will definitely return, and would highly recommend to anyone.
