McDonald's

After not being acknowledged or greeted in any way, we waited 15 minutes in an empty restaurant, we had to place the order online because they were only tending the drive thru window. When they brought our food the chicken was literally cold. I asked him for my money back and was told no that I had to file through the store app to get my money. We left after 40 minutes with no food or money returned. Disgusting manager named Jeremy

I usually have a good experience at this location. However, my most recent was disappointing. 1st I used the app for table service because I had emails I wanted to check. They chose to call for me at the counter and just leave my food sitting. If you have an option to exercise I suggest honoring it. Otherwise remove it from the app. 2nd on top of my initial disappointment I have attached a picture of what I received for 11 dollars. 😞

There was a very rude lady at this particular McDonald's on main Street of Salem VA. It was my first time using the touch screen to make my order. When I explained to her that I needed assistance, see abruptly walks away saying sarcastically "take your time" with a very foul attitude. Her hygiene is also in question. The only employee at this location that was polite and professional, was a young man who was cleaning the male's bathroom. The other employees seem to either dislike the rude lady, or they feared her. A very disappointing experience. This is enough bad experience that I have decided that I will no longer be loyal customer at any McDonald's stores. And I will advise all the other people that I know to do the same.

Half the staff doesn't want to be there. Not really motivated. But generally speaking the food has been good lately.

Waited over 20 mins for our drive thru order. We watched at least 6 other cars get their order before they came to us to ask if we were waiting on an order. I understand you use the “move to curbside” method to save drive thru times, but TWENTY MINUTES is unacceptable.
