I hadn't had Mcdonalds in almost 2 years, and after this visit...I see why. I ordered a combo meal and a extra fry for pickup at 8:35. I arrived for it at 8:45, checking in on the way. After 15 minutes of waiting at the pickup counter, nobody spoke to me until 9 to let me know they're just starting to make my order. I got my food about 5 minutes later. I was over it at that point. I was hoping that they at least took care of me, and my food was good. My spicy Chicken Deluxe only had 1 tomato that looked like it was dipped in the sauce and put on the chicken, cause that was the only sauce and topping I got. We pulled up to pump gas and order inside and 3 of us, stood at the register for almost 10minutes waiting for the 2 women to come over and not once did they bother to come help us. Apparently if they have machines inside you are expected to use those … but we pay with cash when we travel so since no one wanted to help us we drove next door to Wendy’s. Where they happily assisted us right away. Very rude. Bad business. Why are you paying people if they aren’t even going to help? Monday evening at 6:30pm. Smh

This was a solid stop just off the highway, and I made it early enough to enjoy an Egg McMuffin with my coffee. There’s something pleasant about settling into a corner table, placing the order on the app, and having the meal brought over, almost like a low‑key sit down restaurant without any of the fuss. The dining room was reasonably tidy and my table was clean. I walked over to the condiment and soda station to drop a few ice cubes into my coffee so it would cool down enough to drink, a small ritual that always makes the morning feel a little more manageable. The breakfast sandwich was put together correctly and still hot. The nicest most honest bunch! Food was good. It was super clean. It was a long day and I left my purse in the restaurant. They kept it safe and returned it to me. I was so thankful for that!

Dear Management, I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at your establishment on March 3rd, 2026, at approximately 6:00 PM. While I was at the front register, I asked to compare the prices of a small coffee versus a large coffee. The staff member assisting me, a woman wearing a blue McDonald's t-shirt, became very disgruntled and upset by my request. She then yelled at me, "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I remained calm throughout the interaction, but I did not appreciate being treated in such a manner. As a paying guest who chooses to spend my hard-earned money at your establishment, I expect a basic level of professional service.
