I spent 35 dollars for meals for me and my family and we got our food and there were 2 roaches in our food. One crawled out of a burger box and the other was in our nuggets box for me and the kids. I am so disgusted. I have never experienced this before and I am so sick to my stomach over it. Needless to say nothing was eaten and I won’t be back to this location.

Anthony, the manager, is the reason for this review. The service in the past has been good, but Anthony’s energy has taken this place to a whole new level. I can hear his enthusiasm and passion to make sure the customers are doing well, I can hear him help his team out, and he just seems like a nice and good person in general. Local fast food restaurants need more managers and workers like Anthony!

Everytime I come here, the staff are absolutely so wonderful and the food is always great. Inside remains clean anytime we go inside. I think maybe once or twice I’ve ever had to really “wait” for our food but usually it gets to us pretty quickly.

We stopped to get 2 small coffees. it was hot but the coffee was very weak and tasted like they used the same coffee grounds for several pots! it was AWFUL it was not drinkable. we poured it out. wasted our money

Today was ridiculous. They asked me to pull forward to the second window so I do. Then I have someone come and ask me to pull forward to the number drive through signs. The girl is walking the food out, tries to hand my food to someone else as it’s pouring rain and the bags wide open so the food is being soaked. She gets to me finally and hands me the food and says “you got your drinks already” like no, I did not. She then tells me to check my receipt. At that point I ask for a refund because this is ridiculous and I’ve been sitting here 15 minutes at this point.
