Please teach the kids working there how to make the espresso drinks. Countless times I get one and it's just hot coffee in here instead. I know it's not great quality but you can tell the difference. One morning it took almost ten minutes and I was told after no one working knew how to make the pumpkin latte

My wife and I have really been enjoying the Monopoly game in the app, and we’ve been grateful to win several free food items through it. Today, I visited your location to redeem some of those rewards and order food for my kids. I used the kiosk and placed five separate orders. As I finished placing the fifth one, an employee came up to me and, rather abruptly, said, “Just so you know, you can’t place more than four separate orders at a time.” When I asked why, she told me it “sends a red flag to corporate and they can deactivate your app.” I mentioned that didn’t sound right, and she responded curtly, “I’m just letting you know!” I’m reaching out to understand why this location — unlike others I’ve visited during this promotion — is enforcing such a rule.
