McDonald's

This went from my favorite McDonald's to the worst.... Multiple times now I've had to go inside for my curbside order after waiting 20-30 minutes for a very simple 2 item order. They seem to have no clue how to train their employees to work effectively. Fast food should not be taking this long, and if your employees can't handle the job you need to pay better and hire new ones.

12/6/2025 I arrived at 2:30! They were slammed. I put an order in at the kiosk to not bother the employees. It did not print a receipt. So I waited for about 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge that I was standing by a register and asked them to print me a receipt. They proceeded to tell me that I did not have an order. I asked two employees. They literally just blew me off. I had to ask for a manager to get help. Long story short they did print my receipt. But they gased me to the fullest. They didn't even try.

Wrap had no hit honey sauce and the sauce that was requested for chicken tenders was not in the bag.

I was so disgusted at the drive through order we received. After picking it up and driving home about 10 minutes we unpacked and served it to our kids. We had rotten, vinegary smelling tomatoes on the chicken club. The chicken was pink in the center. We order a 20 nugget for one child, they were wet and cold. It didn't even look like they were cooked right. The fries were limp, soggy and had so much salt on them they were unable to be swallowed. Last the quarter pounder was not cooked well. It was pink in the center and cold. Upon calling McDonalds I got a brand new manager who told me, nothing they could do, because we had already taken the food home. And that we should have checked it at the establishment. This was the absolute most disgusting fast food experience my family h

This place is amazing. It has great food. The best are the fries in my opinion. The people are nice. The drive thru is not too busy during the day. My kid loves happy meals. I think it is worth the time.
