McDonald's

I think these photos speak for themselves. This is what I received after using the app and waiting 20 minutes at the curbside spot. When I got there, there was one car in the drive thru. The staff was congregating and not working. They did not notice I was in the curbside spot for at least 10 minutes. Then when I got home my food was pathetic. Not even halfway filled fries, a burger that was falling apart, and my tea with “no ice” completely filled with ice. Please do better.

This isn’t the first time they have messed up my order I’m just tried of calling and complaining. Maybe if I put it here but I really don’t see it getting any better. I’m really not sure why it’s so hard to read a screen. If someone wants extra extra onions put it if someone wants what they want put it. You want your food the way you like it well everyone else does to.

5 minute wait for a line that had only myself in it. Grant it I did order a lot. Two double cheese add extra onions Two mcChicken’s no lettuce add tomato Basket of fries and a 20 piece nugget. Was told my total . Pulled up to the second window. Wasn’t graded for a whole Nother probably about seven minutes. During this time the women in the lilo and stitch demon jacket was picking at a scab on her face the whole time. She took my card , gave me my food. All in ONE bag. Which clearly ripped during transition. Two burgers and half my fries were on the ground outside. Only response I got was “oh do you want another bag” Smh. I’m not worried about the 25$ I spent but cmon. Yall suck

I drove to McDonald's against my better judgement, and paid over SIXTEEN DOLLARS , after waiting too long in line, for what might as well have been a sack full of excrement. I never ever order plastic fast food cheese and they generously melted three slices on my food. It couldn't be scraped off and I had to throw it out. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. I will never let being tired and hungry allow McDonald's to rip me off again!!!

Always been a favorite McDonald’s, but they really need to do something about people sleeping in corner booths. I often see someone cozied up in a corner. employees are great and drive thru works well. Doesn’t seem healthy to have the snoozers
