I added an extra star because at least these kids are responsible having a job as a cashier/server instead of out getting in trouble. But seriously, I've come through here several times hoping that the next time will be better but its not. The food is always cold! The hot honey chicken sandwich is over 7.00 bucks alone and it should've been thrown away instead of served. It was so cold and tough. Same with the chicken nuggets. Someone can get very sick. The whole point of the drive-thru is convenience. Shouldn't have to stop every single time to get out, go in and tell someone. Management needs to step in.

The food was normal, but they have a patio area to the rear which is so full of trash, men’s restroom was needing cleaning. Ordered on app to be taken to the table. After 5 minutes I went up and it wasn’t taken to the table even though it had the table number on the coffee cup. I informed the manager about the dirtiness and she didn’t seem to care. 15 minutes later I was outside and no one had been sent to clean up the patio. No bags in dog dispenser and the bag in the trash can was not installed correctly.

We stopped here while staying in Raton. There aren’t many options for dining and we thought it would be quick and we’d know what to expect. Boy, were we wrong! Our order was missing 5 out of the 11 items. This meant two people had no food and we had to break up the rest of the order. The bag was sealed so we didn’t think to check it. That’s our fault, we should’ve checked. The food we did get was awful! 3 chicken sandwiches that were rock hard you couldn’t even bite into them. The chicken strips varied- some were burt to a crisp while others were raw and the sauces we picked weren’t even the correct selections. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The dining area was a mess and the trash cans were all overflowing. The staff was not friendly and could definitely use a customer service

Just stopped in quickly as I was traveling back home from Colorado to New Mexico. They got my order wrong but they made it right immediately. Very friendly employees. Oh and the Sprite dispenser sticks so my hand got a shower. Over all it was a good experience. Sometimes things happen and you just have to roll with it and praise the Lord anyway.

I would highly recommend to AVOID this location. I waited in the drive thru line for over one hour. My order was wrong when I finally received my food. The fries were cold and stale tasting. The hamburger wasn’t even warm. I asked for fresh fries and was still given COLD fries. I was traveling through the state and this seemed to be the fastest most affordable thing to choose to eat and at this point I should’ve just stayed hungry because I didn’t eat any of this food anyway. Complete waste of my money and my time.
