Every customer before me was asked to leave the drive through window and park. When it was my turn I refused to move because last time I waited 15 minutes for my food when I parked as requested. There was no one behind me. The shift manager asked me to move as there are sensors by the window that monitor how long customers wait. I refused to move and ask her to prepare my food. Virtually the whole staff was watching my interaction with this rude manager who kept insisting I move mentioning the sensor and that the food is prepared fresh to order (Hahahaha). With the entire staff watching I wondered who was preparing the food of all the other customers waiting. I refused to move again (no one was behind me). She became quite incensed. She refunded my order and shoved the money on to

Friday 3/6/2026 12:23am After a loooong day at work and spending family time on the other side of time and not eating all day I decided to stop on my way home here for a Filet-O-Fish combo. The young black gentleman at the window was so extremely polite fast and efficient when taking and receiving my order...also a shout out to the awesome cook it seemed like it was only maybe a total of two or three people working tonight and the line was starting to get along but they did not get discouraged or unprofessional. I really wish I had cash I would have given him a $20 tip for handling the drive-thru so professional!!! Keep up the work young professional crew!👍🏼🏆

Bro do not go this McDonalds at night all they do is serve old food. You have to tell them to make fresh food. I asked for fresh nuggets they gave me that with old fries that was cold. I came back through the drive through for fresh fries and they gave me the same old batch of fries they already had. I hate coming to this location at night I have lost so much money coming here expecting a different outcome. The Hiram location further but I’ll take the drive. Don’t waste your time.

I believe her name is Asia. She was the manager on duty, Thursday May 5th at 8pm. There was a situation where the wrong food was given out. She stepped up to the plate and handled the situation like a great manager would. She was apologetic and kept very calm. She made sure my order was right and fresh. I love a good manager. Great customer service during these times should be acknowledged. Thank you Asia (I hope that’s your name lol) you rock!

They made me wait at the drive thru about 5 minutes before the guy told me to wait. Then I asked for a cappuccino and he had no idea what that was. He said a what? I said Ca-ppu-chi-no and he said I don’t know what that is we don’t have that. How does one not know the menu where they work? I asked if their machine was broken, Then he snapped and yelled “I already told you no, ok?” So I just sped off. So unprofessional. Please go elsewhere.
