Hair in fries ✅ charged extra for the frappe while machine was down ✅ Sloppily made sandwiches with sauce outside the bun ✅ The only reason they get any points is that they provided a refund - only when confronted about what is technically theft/false advertisement. Do not recommend this location.

Just revised my review...the second burger was fine. But that first one was bad enough to compel stopping and submitting the initial review. Sooo.... just bought two double cheeseburgers and they were cold, stale bun, and (for some unknown reason) extremely salty. Like someone was having a good laugh at the expense of those who pay their paychecks. Completely terrible, will make sure I go through Berne from now on. 🤢

*My knee is permanently injured from the fall and will not heal. No response from the store. Would give zero stars if possible.* Food was good, service was good, the safety was terrible. I stopped in with parents while visiting and running errands. After ordering and settling parents (one with advanced parkinson’s) I when right back to the counter to get a water cup so one could take their meds. In the short time between entering, ordering and settling, an employee began mopping and I fell very hard on a very wet and slippery floor. There were no signs between my seat and where the water was puddled and there was so much water on the floor my pants legs and hands were wet. Another customer who had just walked in helped me up and asked if I was ok. The employees, including the one mopping j

Rude people there. The GM was awful. The restaurant was dirty and it took them 20 minutes to give me my food. I ask for a tray and I get bags and missing utensils and other items. I even had too show the girl where items were on the screen. Smh. Employees walking around and this was on the floor the whole time we were there.

This McDonald’s is normally pretty good about getting you the right food that’s fresh, but the service is often slow.
