Arrived at 12:30 for a 19:00 appointment. Was loaded and rolling out by 15:00. Check in with the guard shack, drop your trailer in the drop yard, yard driver will back it in and pull it out for you. Go into shipping office to get bills and seal, check out with guard shack and you’re good to go.

Had an appointment for 9/5/24 at 0700. Arrived the night before asked about overnight parking. They had me drop my trailer in door 5. Disconnect and park in the main lot. They called me about an hour after that told me trailer was done and they would put in in the lot a d check with guard in the morning to where it is. Woke up on the 5th and they had brought my trailer out to me. Great people very nice!!! Will definitely come back. Oh and if they don't have the room to put your trailer in the lot you can rebook to it and go to the Walmart about 5 miles away.

Came in 7pm for 7am load the next day, the found my order and loaded me right away. All done and I'm ready to go in 1.5 hours. Didn't have enough hours on my clock so they secured my trailer and I bobtail to a designated parking.. Ps. Overnight parking allowed but you have to dropped your trailer..

Poor customer service. Waited over 5hrs to get loaded. When asked security guard for an update I got a very dismissive and defensive answer. Very unprofessional and rude to drivers!

Had appointment time at 3:00 pm. Got there early. Four skids. Was told all doors were full. Watching yard dog operator move trailers in and out. Guess they don’t like receiving product.
