McDonald's

Ordered 2 small shakes, no cream, and 2 medium fries from my mobile app. Went to the drive thru, was asked my mobile number, repeated it to him, and he stated the didnt have that number. I stated back, that they have already taken money from my account, and this is the number I was given on the app. He was RUDE , didnt offer a clear solution, or ANY solution for that matter. Was snippy, condescending, and definitely shouldn't be working with the public, let alone customer service. I actually left the drive thru to go in, and low and behold, there sat my order, in the counter. No workers in site, and I grabbed it and left. However, both shakes had cream( ordered NO WHIPPED CREAM), and to top it all off, I was charged $17.68! TWICE! 2 minutes apart.

The service was poor. The food was cold.When I asked to have the item warmed, as it was cold, she talked to the worker about me, not having a clue I speak and understand Spanish. She needs to realize my purchase is what's giving her a paycheck.

We stopped a week ago and significant other went to use bathroom. Boogers were all over the wall and bathroom a mess. He told manager about it and the tall skinny lady said oh no one cleaned it last night. This morning we stopped on our way through and he used bathroom. Same boogers on wall. We stood at counter no one waited on us after 5 minutes. So we walked out. This place needs to be closed down. We are never coming back and letting everyone we know how gross and not good experience here

I pulled in the drive through simply to get two of there famous diet cokes. I sat at the screen for probably 3 minutes and it was half lit up and there was already one car in the drive through at the window. (6am btw) So I figured maybe something was wrong with the screen or system so I drove around and waited for the car in front of me. Finally they pull away and the lady at the window ( cross eyed with a mustache ) tells me I need to drive around and wait. I tried to explain I was already there for a few minutes and she said I wasn’t there that long. Before I saw this lady there was someone there everyday for years that was super nice and very polite ( barely spoke English but was very nice to deal with) I guess there isn’t much to be expected anymore but trying to get two drinks shouldn

Lady on window 12/19/25 8:30 am handed coffee to car in front of me, where it was handed back. She proceeded to handle my order and gave me a coffee that was strikingly similar (green cup) I asked for a replacement (just being cautious) she tried to tell me otherwise and that’s fine but at this point just listen to the customer even if you’re right or wrong, I want a new coffee no matter what. Indian lady starts trying to convince me it’s my coffee by opening it up and showing me with her hands. Well now I really do not want it. Either way both old ladies weren’t wearing gloves at the window so I threw my cookies and coffee away.
